I think they did make some. I don’t think they were V6, I think they were straight 6. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen a few in Houston for sale. I don’t they they were THAT good on gas mileage, but I’m not an expert on those motors. I doubt there’s any performance parts for them that would make them feel/sound like a v8. Maybe try installing a vortec 4.3(V6)….they’re decent on gas and are basically a 350[minus two pistons...LOL]. Look on Youtube and search for cammed 4.3….they sound nice.
